WFM
The main mission focus of the congregation is the WFM (Women for Mission) - the recognised Women’s Association of the Free Church of Scotland. The work of the WFM is directed by a group from within the congregation. Its aims are as follows:
- To provide practical support for Christian mission at home and abroad.
- To encourage and facilitate prayer for Mission
- To raise funds for Mission projects
- To promote interest in home and international Missions
- To encourage fellowship and give opportunity for local women of all ages to use their gifts in service.
Guest speakers representing various mission based charities and organisations are invited to address the congregation on a regular basis.
The WFM meets in the church hall monthly as intimated.
